Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market share goals.
Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct presentations to potential clients, address their needs, and negotiate terms to close sales.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives and brand positioning.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Advertising & Promotions: Manage advertising efforts, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, and traditional marketing channels.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and customer engagement.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, videos) to engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing) to improve online presence and lead generation.
Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze results to refine sales and marketing efforts.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a sales and marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Customer Retention & Engagement: Develop strategies to engage existing customers, drive repeat business, and build customer loyalty.
